Meet TheoTHEO GREW UP IN DISTRICT 10, AND HE'S RAISING HIS FAMILY HERE TOO.
THEO IS A THIRD-GENERATION BAYVIEW RESIDENT.
His family has called District 10 home for generations, and today he is raising the fourth generation of his family in the same neighborhood. Growing up, Theo's mom supported him and his brother on $18,000 a year working concessions at Giants games. He knows what it takes to make it here. That's why he's fighting so every family that works hard can afford to stay in the neighborhoods they built.
THEO IS FIGHTING FOR LOCAL JOBS AND HOUSING.
As a commissioner at the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, he helped oversee redevelopment of the Hunters Point Shipyard and helped create over 1,000 new affordable homes. As Public Affairs Director for the Golden State Warriors, he helped secure a dedicated transportation fund and local job commitments tied to the Chase Center development.
THEO IS READY ON DAY ONE.
Theo will fight for housing that keeps District 10 families here. He'll make sure that new development includes good local jobs. Theo knows how to deliver the parks, transit, roads and small businesses our neighborhoods deserve.
